For any mandate of sale or search for apartments, houses, buildings, parking spaces, land, or commercial properties, excluding marketing contracts for off-plan property sales (VEFA): the agent's fees are calculated at a flat rate of 10% of the total sale or purchase price, inclusive of all charges, including VAT (value-added tax) applicable at the location of the property being sold.

The agent's fees defined in the previous paragraph represent a maximum amount. These fees are payable by the principal unless otherwise agreed and specified in the mandate.

The amount of the fees specified in the mandate remains unchanged in case of price negotiation, unless otherwise agreed between the principal and the agent.

Fees are due once the sale is definitively concluded and the final authentic deed is signed.

Marketing contracts for off-plan property sales (VEFA) : fees are determined according to the marketing contract with the developer.

For any mandate of sale or search for commercial leases : a fee of 30% excluding taxes (VAT) of the annual base rent excluding taxes, payable by the tenant.
